If you purchase a subscription or premium features, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Helcim. Your payment information is subject to Helcim’s terms and privacy practices. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your access to No Flakers at any time for violations of these terms, for inactivity, or if we believe it is necessary to protect our service and users.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the actions of other users or circumstances that arise from using the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
